COMBINED BUDGET REPORT WITH AMENDMENTS BY REFERENCE TYPE

A Combined Budget Report with Amendments by Reference Type has been created for OpenRDA. This report is accessed from Reports, Summary, Combined Account Type. It is sorted by expenditure and revenue reference types. For records to select, there must be a year-to-date amount or an amendment amount. Detailed amounts by account code can print or reference type totals only. Use of fund balance (difference between appropriations and estimated revenues) for a fund is calculated and displayed.
Expenditure and Revenue Reference Types are optional software bundles for OpenRDA 101 customers (a standard feature for Enterprise customers and are user-defined according to your state’s uniform chart of accounts). Reference types are assigned to the account masters for additional ranging, querying, and reporting purposes. Please contact us if you want a proposal for the software bundles.
