HIRE EMPLOYEE/ADD JOB

The Hire Employee/Add Job process has been modified so that a warning is provided if a second job is added for an employee with the same position identification, gross identification, and pay group. This will occur if the save button is advertently engaged twice when adding a new job for an employee. If this was intentional, you would save through the warning. A link (button with 3 dots) to Personnel Demographics has also been added for convenience.
