Due to winter weather conditions and the potential for conditions to quickly turn hazardous in our area, the RDA Customer Care team will be working from their homes today (Wednesday). Thanks for the update. I hope you are all safe and warm. It’s headed our way and we are expecting 9-12″ of snow. I opt out for SPRING!
