My name is Kyle Sansing and I joined the RDA Customer Care team in March. My role on the team is to support and train users on the Financial Management, Budget Prep, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets and Vendor Payments modules.
I have lived in metro Atlanta my entire life and currently live in Canton, GA. I attended Kennesaw State University and received my B.B.A in Accounting. In my spare time, I love watching and playing sports, and I also enjoy traveling with my wife, Bailey.
Prior to my time at RDA, I worked with multiple multinational manufacturing companies in their Accounting and Finance departments. I have always enjoyed working on the software side of accounting and that was a main consideration when I began looking for a new job.
I have really learned a lot from my time so far at RDA. I work with a great group of people who are willing to go above and beyond to help me out and make me feel at home. The company as a whole really practices what they preach; I have never been a part of a company that places such an emphasis on honesty and customer service.
I am glad that I have been able to work with many customers so far and I hope to get to know all of you better soon!
