New OpenRDA 3.0 and 4.0 programs were made available on the website Wednesday, July 1st as follows:

OpenRDA 3.0 programs have a compile and release of 7/1/2015.
OpenRDA 4.0 programs have a compile date of 7/9/2015 and the version number is 4.0.6-37705.
