PERSONNEL DEMOGRAPHICS: LAST MODIFIED FIELDS

New fields have been added in Personnel Demographics for Last Modified By, Last Modified Date, and Last Modified Time. These fields will be updated when the Personnel Demographics record is first created via the Add Personnel process, whenever the save button on the Personnel Demographics Maintain screen is engaged, and when personnel information is downloaded from the PIM component of Employee Self Serve. Other processes and reports that write to Personnel Demographics (such as Terminate Employee, Change Personnel Status, Increase Years) will be changed for future programs releases so that these fields are also updated by those processes/reports.
