Customer Service Survey Results

To all that shared their perspective on Customer Service, thank you!  Below are the highlights.

You made it clear what is important for good customer service.  Resolving a problem quickly is most important (84%).  Speaking directly with someone was a distant second (51%).

You reported three items make for not good customer service.  Dealing with an unpleasant person ranked highest (52%).  Never speaking with someone was a close second (48%).   Taking too long to resolve the problem was third (42%).
