Virginia: VEC Filing

Several of our customers in Virginia have forwarded a letter recently received from Virginia Employment Commission (VEC). Admittedly, the letter is somewhat confusing. It refers to an ESS site where on-line data entry is the only method of submission of data for the quarter. But, the other site mentioned (webupload) is the link used in OpenRDA’s VECiFile report for uploading/attaching the EFW2/MMREF formatted file. For those of you already uploading the file through webupload, it doesn’t appear that you need to do anything differently. If you aren’t, please follow the instructions in the letter for enrolling in Web Upload.
