CHANGE BUDGET IDENTIFICATION

A restricted change process has been created for OpenRDA which will allow a budget identification for a fiscal year to be changed in mass (without having to go through any of the gather, create, compute steps). It is accessed from the Resource Bar: Maintenance, Change Budget Identification. This process deletes the original budget identification and creates new records with the “change to” budget identification; therefore, it should not be used if the original Budget ID is needed for comparison purposes; and it should not be used to change to a budget identification that has already been used for the fiscal year.
Please contact RDA support for the daily access code in the event a Budget ID needs to be changed.
