EXPENDITURE ACTIVITY WITH TOTALS (EXPACT-ORDERB)

The Expenditure Activity with Totals report has been modified to provide an option for Total Only (on the Select and Sort tab). When this option is elected, the selected activity for an expenditure account is summarized. This is useful for when you wish to provide an account summary report that crosses fiscal years. It is recommended that the last dimension of the expenditure account code structure not be included in the optional sort levels (leave as N/A); and that the Print Total on Footer (located to the right of the optional sort levels) be on/checked for the dimensions that you want subtotaled.
