OPENRDA 4.0 PAYROLL: Import Employee Deduction Masters with Start Dates

A new Import Deduction report has been added to Setup – Deductions – Import Deductions that adds an additional column for start date to be imported to the Dynamic Adjustment Start Date field on the employee deduction master maintain screen.
