PERSONNEL DEMOGRAPHICS: THIRD PARTY ID

A new field (plain text, length of 15) has been created in the Personnel Demographics file for Third Party ID. This will allow alpha-numeric identifications that an organization uses in a third-party software package (such as Power School) to be entered/maintained in OpenRDA’s personnel demographics. Visibility of this field on the Personnel Demographics Maintain Screen (to the right of the Social Security field) is controlled by a generic setup variable (accessed via Setup, Generic Setup Variables).
