Everyone is a fan of saving time and reducing errors! Entering individual Purchase Card (P-Card) Transactions can be a very time-intensive process. OpenRDA 4.0โs newest release includes a process that can streamline the steps involved making your organization more efficient allowing time to be spent on other important tasks.
Our first user of new purchase card process shared the following comment – โIโve only used the P-Card Interface twice, but it does seem to streamline the process. I believe there is less margin for error than entering each sale individually.โ
Most P-Card providers can provide an electronic file of the transactions captured in your monthly statement which is then uploaded to OpenRDA. If your organization is interested in using this new process, please submit a helpdesk ticket so that we can review the process and setup requirements with you.
