VENDOR FISCAL YEAR AMOUNTS REPORT WITH ADDRESSES

A new report has been created for OpenRDA and added to Fiscal reports in Vendor Payments. The Vendor Fiscal Year Amounts Report with Addresses requires selection of a fiscal year along with address identification. Vendors can be sorted by vendor identification or vendor name. The report will display the vendor name, address, female-owned vendor status, minority-owned vendor status, and total amount. Should you need to publish this report, it can be auto-archived (as a pdf document in E-Documents). Female Vendor and Minority Vendor are vendor designations that are available for Enterprise customers or with software bundle VP 14 Vendor Master Booleans.
