VIRGINIA: VRS JOB NAMES-ORGANIZATION CODE

To facilitate VRS Reporting, a new field has been created in the VRS Job Name file of the Position Tracking module. This new field is the organization (group) code and will need to be assigned to each VRS Job Name. VRS Job Names are accessed from the Position Tracking module (Setup) as well as from the Payroll module (Other, Virginia State Reports, VRS Reporting).
