OpenRDA: PRINTING AND ARCHIVING DIRECT DEPOSIT TRANSMITTALS

The print and archive menu selections for direct deposit transmittals has been changed for OpenRDA so that only the style (transmittal type) as indicated in Payroll’s generic setup variables (Checks/Direct Deposits tab) will display. The four print choices that also control the archive choices are: 8.5 x 11 standard; 8.5 x 11 laser form (decorated style); 8.5 x 11 Trifold; and Dot Matrix Mailer (Transmittal). When changing the desired transmittal style, it is not necessary to run any program updates. The menu choice will display once the payroll module is closed and then accessed.
