2013 Federal Tax Levy Exemption Tables

Federal tax levy exemption tables were released 1/29/2013 as Publication 1494 by the IRS. The tables should be used with Form 668-W (Notice of Levy on Wages, Salary, and Other Income).?_In OpenRDA, deductions should have a deduction type of IRS LEVIES and a compute type of IRS Levy. ?_The amount that is exempted from the levy should be entered in the Adjustment/Additional Amount field of the employee’s deduction master.
