Hi everyone!
My name is Matthew Poletti. I was born in Georgia and have lived in the North Atlanta area all of my life. I once heard someone say that happy and successful people take a course of action which coincides with their belief or passion. In July 2014, I took such a course of action when I joined the RDA team.
My previous work experience and studies prepared me with knowledge of the IT Industry; but I felt I faced an enormous challenge to learn the dimensions of OpenRDA. Due to my dynamic colleagues’ support and assistance, my uncertainty and fears quickly turned into a feeling of security and comfort. Our team members have a great working relationship.
I started traveling at a very young age. I have been very fortunate to have traveled to many places – both domestically and internationally. I believe this is when I first began enjoying interaction with people from all customs and cultures. This brings me to some of my favorite things about my job – collaborating with colleagues and serving and helping our customers. Customer satisfaction is a high priority with me personally and our entire team.
I am very pleased that my course of action brought me to RDA providing the opportunity to work with such a wonderful team and customers!
