W2 PRINT REMINDER

As a reminder in regard to printing your 2014 W2 Forms, we want to point out a very important line in the W2 documentation.?_ In order for your W2 forms to properly fit the double window envelopes, you must set Page Scaling Options equal to”NONE” within the PDF printer settings (the last print screen before sending the job to your printer). We advise that you print a small number of W2s and confirm that they fit the envelopes properly before proceeding.
