SET RETIREMENT PLAN IN PERSONNEL DEMOGRAPHICS

A new report has been created for OpenRDA and added to the Benefit Plans on the Resource Bar of the Personnel module. This new report can be used to assign (set) the Retirement Plan field in Personnel Demographics in mass based on active employee deduction masters. You must first define the Retirement Plans (under Benefit Plans, visible if Use Retirement Plan is on/checked in the setup variables). Range appropriately for the applicable retirement plan (such as Deduction Description). A printout is provided. Setting flags will update the personnel demograhics database.
Virginia customers: ??the first 5 characters of the retirement identification must be the agency/group code.
Tennessee customers: ??the first 5 charactes of the retirement identification must be the contribution group code.
