With RDA’s release of ESS 2.0, you have access to an online portal that reduces Payroll and HR staff workload while improving service to employees.

Now available with ESS 2.0…

Personal Information Management (PIM) saves you time by empowering employees to update their own demographic information, download their pay stubs and W2’s. PIM also allows you to easily share and distribute information to employees. PIM provides the ability to post documents online, such as open enrollment information, for preset lengths of time. PIM now also offers the option of displaying employees current leave balances.  

Time Clock leverages technology to allow employees to “virtually” punch their online time cards or electronically submit time sheets, allowing data to flow directly to payroll for compensation, once approved. This new feature eases the pain of collecting time sheets and manually keying hours into the payroll module.  

Leave Management is a new streamlined process that allows employees to input Leave requests online with an online approval process. Once approved, Leave units flow into payroll and leave management modules, eliminating manual data entries.
