EMPLOYEE LIST BY LAST PAID DATE (EMPLOYEE LIST7)

A new report has been created for OpenRDA and placed on the Employee Lists anchor under Personnel reports. The Employee List by Last Paid Date report provides personnel demographics information by last paid date (a field in personnel demographics). Employees can be sorted by Social Security Number, Personnel ID, or Last Name. Other fields listed in the report are Pay Location, Personnel Class, Status Title, Birthdate, Hire Date, Termination Date, and Current Employee Status. There is an option for last paid totals only (no employee detail). Range on Last Paid Year to obtain a count of all employees paid in a year.
