JOURNAL ENTRY EXPORT (JECSV)

An export for journal entries has been created and added to the Auditor Reports menu in OpenRDA’s Financial Management menu. Either a tab or comma-delimited file can be created using the style option on the Select tab. The file will automatically store in Financial Management’s electronic filing cabinet for organizations having the Archive module (F.A.S.T.); otherwise will be accessed from the xpert directory. If using the csv style and opening the file in the electronic filing cabinet for viewing, you will need to turn off the Separated by Tab (leaving on the Separated by Comma) so that any fields that contain a comma do not distort the columnar information.
