PAYROLL JOB MASTER: LAST MODIFIED FIELDS

New fields have been created in the Payroll Job Master (PAYJMST) file for Last Modified By, Date, Time, and Process. These fields display on the Modified Status tab of the job master maintain screen and will automatically be populated by various processes in the Payroll, Budget Prep, Application Management modules, etc. Thus far, over twenty (20) processes have been identified. The following nine processes have been modified (thus far) to update these fields (more will be modified for future programs releases): Job Master, Terminate Employee, Hire Employee, Set Life Insurance or Retirement Salary, Change Misc Job Rate Amounts, Increase Steps, Set/Unset Job Active, Budget Prep (Update Jobs), and Copy Retirement Salary to Life Insurance Salary.
