The Revenue Activity with Totals report has been modified to provide options for Total Only and Print Total on Footer (on the Select and Sort tab). When this option is elected, the selected activity for a revenue account is summarized. This is useful for when you wish to provide an account summary report that crosses fiscal years (perhaps for grants). It is recommended that the last dimension of the revenue account code structure not be included in the optional sort levels (leave as N/A); and that the Print Total on Footer (located to the right of the optional sort levels) be on/checked for the dimensions that you want subtotaled.
