PERSONNEL DEMOGRAPHICS AND EMPLOYEE NAME

The Employee Name field is a virtual field comprised of several fields from the personnel demographics file in the following order: Last Name, Lineage, First Name, Middle Name. This ordering of the name fields is consistently used throughout the HR and Budget Prep modules (on screens and in reports). A new virtual field has been created where the Lineage is at the end and has been made available to the two define lists that are part of the Personnel Demographics master. Should you rather see this order when browsing personnel demographics records, you will need to re-establish screen defaults for these define lists (for a position and length; set the position to 0 for the field you don’t want to display).
