PROPERTY DETAIL: DESCRIPTION FIELD

The Description field that displays on the Property Detail Maintain Screen has been increased from a length of 1200 to a length of 2400. The Copy Detail report (from Personal Property) and the Collect DMV report (from DMVREG) were also changed to use the increased field length.
